About the Role Sales Assistant (m/w/d) – Minijob on Saturdays at the Dr. Martens store in Cologne Schildergasse. You are a brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer experiences and bringing the Dr. Martens store to life. You report to the Store Manager and help create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. What You'll Do
- Active customer advice and selling Dr.-Martens products
- Ensure a high-quality shopping experience
- Cash handling and payment processing
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Collaborate with store team and management What We're Looking For
- Friendly, open appearance and passion for customer contact
- Interest in fashion, footwear, and lifestyle
- Reliable and responsible work style
- Team spirit and hands-on mentality
- Availability every Saturday for 6 hours
- First retail experience is a plus Nice to Have
