About the Role We are hiring a part-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our Serravalle team, for a total of 20 hours per week under a fixed-term contract. What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and help customers find exactly what they’re looking for, turning product passion into a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and enthusiasm to support sales and brand representation.
- Maintain store standards, visuals and merchandising, and assist with transactions and day-to-day store operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and a welcoming store environment. What We're Looking For
