Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable assistance on pet products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and merchandising across the shop floor
- Support customers with product recommendations and after-sales service
- Collaborate with the team to meet store targets and participate in promotions
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment
