About the Role Dr. Martens is seeking a flexible part-time Sales Assistant to support Maastricht store operations. You will help deliver a best-in-class customer experience, represent the brand, and contribute to meeting store sales targets. What You'll Do
- Use your passion for Dr. Martens to sell products and achieve store sales targets.
- Demonstrate your unique personality in the customer experience to create a best-in-class service.
- Handle personal checkout transactions smoothly in line with store procedures.
- Follow store operational procedures (receiving, stock, replenishment).
- Adhere to H&S procedures to maintain a healthy, safe, tidy workspace.
- Collaborate with the team and support store management when needed. What We're Looking For

- Enthusiasm for Dr. Martens footwear; want to share it with customers.
- Understand good customer service and build relationships with customers.
- Professional, yet authentic and fearless.
- Retail experience in fashion/shoes/lifestyle brand is a plus.
- Flexibility in availability—shifts can vary week-to-week. Nice to Have
