About the Role Join Dr. Martens Roermond outlet as a Sales Assistant on a temporary 10-hour-per-week contract to support July and August. You’ll be the heart of the store experience, turning passion for Dr. Martens into a standout customer journey. This role is onsite in Roermond and focuses on delivering exceptional service during the summer peak. What You'll Do
- Use your passion for Dr. Martens to sell products and help achieve the store’s sales targets.
- Bring your unique personality into customer interactions to create a best-in-class experience.
- Process personal transactions accurately and in line with operating procedures.
- Follow store procedures for deliveries, inventory, replenishment, and stock management.
- Adhere to health & safety procedures to maintain a healthy, safe, and tidy workspace.
- Be empathetic, team-oriented, and support store management when needed. What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch is required; English is a plus.
- You are a proud ambassador of the Dr. Martens brand and culture, living our values and encouraging others to do the same.
- Enthusiasm for Dr. Martens footwear and a desire to share it with customers.
- You understand what good customer service is and can build relationships with customers.
- Professional, but authentic and fearless.
- Flexibility in availability; shifts can vary week to week, so you’re comfortable covering different days/times. Nice to Have
