About the Role Dr. Martens Roermond is hiring flexible part-time Sales Assistants to work 10-20 hours per week. You will be the heart of the store experience, turning your passion for the product into a memorable customer journey and helping shoppers find exactly what they’re looking for. What You'll Do
- Use your passion for Dr. Martens to sell our product and hit individual sales targets.
- Showcase your personality to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Handle till transactions seamlessly in line with operating procedures.
- Follow store procedures (delivery, stocktakes, replenishment, etc.).
- Maintain a healthy, safe and tidy work environment by following H&S procedures.
- Be empathetic, team-focused and support the store management team when needed. What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail within a fashion/footwear/lifestyle brand would be a bonus.
- Be a proud ambassador to our brand and culture.
- Enthusiasm for Dr. Martens footwear and confidence to share this with customers.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
- Professional, authentic and fearless.
