About the Role TOUS is seeking 2 Retail Sales Advisors for part-time positions (20 hours/week). If you’re passionate about product and fashion and enjoy styling and helping customers express themselves through their looks, this role is for you. You’ll work to create a unique shopping experience in-store, with training provided to learn the products and tips to help customers. What You'll Do
- Assist customers with product selection and styling to express their individual looks.
- Provide excellent customer service and help create a memorable shopping experience.
- Learn product knowledge through our training and apply tips to help customers.
- Bring energy, joy, positivity, and TOUSAttitude to every interaction.
- Support in-store presentation and operations to maintain a welcoming environment. What We're Looking For
- Experience as a sales assistant is ideal, but we’ll train you if not.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
- Full of energy, joy, positivity, and TOUSAttitude.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in an international city. Nice to Have
- Previous sales experience.
