Job title: Retail Sales Advisor
About the Role TOUS is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for a part-time position. You’ll help customers with styling and expressing their personal style, with training provided if you’re new to sales. We’re looking for energetic, positive people with strong communication, who bring TOUS Attitude and possibly multilingual skills in an international city.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer styling advice.
- Help customers express themselves through their looks and provide a unique shopping experience.
- Learn product details and share tips to help customers make confident purchases.
- Demonstrate strong communication, energy, and a positive attitude to reflect the TOUS brand.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain store standards and deliver excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales is ideal, but training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to connect with customers and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in an international city.
- Previous experience in fashion or styling is a plus.
