About the Role
Join TOUS in Berlin as a Full-time Retail Sales Advisor. You will create warm, premium shopping experiences, assist customers with styling and gifting, and support daily store operations in an international premium brand environment.
What You'll Do
- Create a warm, premium and personalized shopping experience for every customer
- Advise customers on styling, gifting and product selection
- Support the team in achieving sales and service goals
- Work with visual merchandising standards and keep the store looking beautiful
- Build long-term customer relationships and represent the brand with confidence
- Support daily store operations and teamwork on the shop floor
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail, fashion, jewellery or premium/luxury customer service is a strong plus
- German and English are a must-have (both spoken confidently)
- Additional languages are always welcome in our international environment
- Positive attitude, energy and openness towards people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion, jewellery and customer experience
- Team spirit and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- Visual merchandising interest or experience with branding in a premium environment
- Additional languages beyond German and English are a plus
