Castle Megastore is seeking passionate individuals for various roles across our stores, including Retail Specialists, Inventory & Distribution, Marketing, and Business Management & Support. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer service, expert product knowledge, and supporting smooth store operations, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training through Castle University.
What You'll Do
- Provide phenomenal customer service with expert knowledge of Essentials for Lovers products.
- Assist customers in selecting products and navigate the internet for information when needed.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and support distribution and inventory processes.
- Use computers and internet tools to manage orders, product info, and promotions.
- Collaborate with management to execute promotions and keep stores inviting and well-stocked.
- Participate in training and career development to grow within the Castle Team.
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, people-focused individuals who enjoy helping customers.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate the internet (PC platform preferred).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to learn, participate in product training, and advance based on performance.
