Retail Regional Manager - France (South)
We are looking for an experienced and inspirational Retail Regional Manager to lead our store portfolio across the southern French market. Working closely with an existing Regional Manager looking after the North of the market; This role is accountable for delivering commercial performance, operational excellence and exceptional consumer experiences across a defined region. Working closely with Store Managers and cross-functional partners, you will create the conditions for stores and people to thrive while ensuring the consistent delivery of the Dr. Martens brand experience.You will lead from the front, developing high-performing teams, driving sustainable growth and translating global retail priorities into meaningful local execution. You should
