About the Role Logan Health is hiring a Part-time (24 hours per week) Pharmacy Technician or Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our Columbia Falls Retail Pharmacy team in the Flathead Valley. This role supports safe, efficient pharmacy operations with a focus on patient care in a collaborative, community-focused setting. What You'll Do
- Assist with prescription preparation and processing
- Support medication inventory and workflow
- Provide customer and patient support
- Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy team members
- Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation and records What We're Looking For
- Montana Pharmacy Technician license, or ability to obtain Provisional Pharmacy Technician license to train as a pharmacy technician
- Retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented mindset Nice to Have
- Open to training motivated candidates with strong customer service experience and an interest in healthcare Compensation & Benefits
- Pay starting at $22.25/hour for Pharmacy Technician; $23.75/hour for Senior Pharmacy Technician (starting pay increases with prior experience)
- No Sunday shifts; Day shift with additional Saturday shift differential pay of $2.25/hour
