Retail Performance Supervisor / Executive
Job responsibilities
Your impact: Within the Retail Performance team, the Retail Performance Executive is responsible for reviewing manual orders and matters related to BC payroll. This role is crucial for manual order management, this will affect the counter’s stock levels and stock structure. At the same time, responsible for all payroll matters related to BC and RS/RM, ensuring data accuracy and centralized management. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including supply team, demand planning team and HR team.
Job responsibilities: Day-to-Day Missions
- Manage manual order applications at the counter, review the reasonableness of order requests, and place orders in the Agora system.
- Communicate with the supply team and finance department to follow up on order release progress.
- Review annual return orders and release the orders.
- Provide the BC salary sheet as required by HR and complete the approval process.
- Apply for and distribution of BC benefits or reward prizes.
- Complete all salary-related data verification and confirmation with the regional sales manager.
Profile
- 3 years’ experience in the Retail Performance domain.
