Louis Vuitton Italia is looking for a young graduate to join in internship within the Retail department, preferably with prior collaboration experience in this area.
The resource will report to the Retail Performance Manager.
Job responsibilities
The intern will be involved in all team activities with particular attention to:
- Analysis KPIs and monitoring the performance of all our boutiques
- Support in the operational management of all activities related to:
- The use of performance monitoring IT tools
- Coordination and alignment with the EMEA Team
- Day-by-day management of various Store requests
- Management of the budget allocated for Head Office and network stores
- Drafting of the weekly newsletter: organization and collaboration with the various departments for defining content to communicate to boutiques
- Support in ongoing projects: preparation of presentations, ad hoc data analysis, organization of meetings
- Support in defining store objectives
- Support to boutiques to ensure development of the maximum excellence of the client experience also through optimization of operations and Care Service
Profile
The trainee must:
- Hold a degree in economics subjects (completing a specialization master in Marketing or Finance is considered a plus)
- Have solid proficiency in Office package and in particular high knowledge of Excel, PPT
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and data analysis skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be results oriented: able to work under pressure managing deadlines
- Be agile and multi-tasking
- Be a team player
- Have a positive and constructive attitude
- Fluent knowledge of English
