About the Role Dr. Martens is seeking a Retail Part Time Sales Associate for University Town Center, San Diego. You will be the face of the brand, selling footwear, apparel and accessories, delivering brand knowledge and exceptional service while helping to achieve store KPIs. What You'll Do
- Sell Dr. Martens footwear, apparel, and accessories and achieve personal sales goals and KPI targets as set by the Store Manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, offering product knowledge, and maximizing sell-through.
- Process sales transactions accurately and promptly.
- Organize and maintain merchandise according to Brand Marketing guidelines.
- Replenish stock from the stockroom and keep store and back areas clean and presentable.
- Assist with floor moves and inventory as needed. What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Experience contributing to business goals and KPI in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication; multilingual a plus.
- Basic math skills, including calculating percentages and making change.
- Proficient with MS Office, retail/register systems, web-based tools, and inventory systems; MPOS experience a plus.
- Initiative, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and dependable.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to carry shoe boxes while climbing a ladder and/or stairs. Nice to Have
- Multilingual abilities.
- MPOS experience.
- Familiarity with brand systems and store operations.
