About the Role Dr. Martens is seeking a Retail Part Time Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in our North Star location in San Antonio. This role focuses on delivering knowledgeable service, driving sales, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. What You'll Do
- Sell Dr. Martens brand footwear, apparel, and accessories; achieve personal sales goals and KPI targets set by the Store Manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, sharing product and brand knowledge, and helping maximize sell-through.
- Process sales transactions accurately and promptly, meeting cash register requirements.
- Organize and maintain merchandise to meet Brand Marketing guidelines and enhance product appeal.
- Replenish the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Clean and maintain the front of the store, stock room, and all employee areas, including dusting, cleaning mirrors, and vacuuming. What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion apparel.
- Experience contributing to business goals and KPI targets in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a team environment.
- Basic math skills, including calculating percentages and counting back change.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, retail/register systems, web-based programs, and computerized inventory systems; MPOS experience is a plus.
- Ability to use initiative and be detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual with scheduled shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to carry shoe boxes while climbing a ladder and/or stairs.
- Travel: International/domestic travel not required. Nice to Have
