A Retail Operations Officer is being recruited for a role based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This position focuses on overseeing daily store operations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring adherence to brand and service standards to support efficient store performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily store operations, sales reports, and performance trackers
- Support staff attendance, scheduling, and compliance monitoring
- Reconcile daily sales, POS reports, and cash records
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, transfers, and audits
- Coordinate with Store Managers, HR, and Operations to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with brand, customer service, and visual merchandising standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in retail operations, store administration, or a similar role
- Experience in inventory management and multi-store retail environments
- Strong organizational, reporting, coordination, and communication skills
