About the Role The role supports the store's back of house operations, focusing on inventory control and stock management to ensure accurate receipts and timely availability for the sales team. You will maintain a tidy stockroom, perform quality checks, and support aftersales processes to elevate the client experience. What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock from hub/warehouse, verifying accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support the sales team with timely stock retrieval for Omnichannel and stock pullback.
- Keep back of house area tidy and compliant with Retail Operations Standards.
- Perform quality control on all products and report issues to the store lead.
- Support aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalization) to enhance client experience.
- Ensure stockroom equipment is working; raise concerns via Ask services immediately.
- Handle ad hoc administration (phone calls, liaising with customer service, stationary and supermarket orders, general admin tasks).
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and other duties as needed. What We're Looking For
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
- Previous experience with SAP desirable.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work in a busy team environment. Nice to Have
- SAP experience (desirable). Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour (USD).
- This base salary is generally the starting point and may be adjusted based on individual factors and may be part of a total compensation package that can include commissions, discretionary bonuses, short/long-term incentives, and company-sponsored benefits.
- This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation programs at any time.
