About the Role
Kwik Trip is seeking a Retail Management Intern to join the fast-paced, guest-centric Retail Management Department. This paid internship provides hands-on experience supporting the retail team, with exposure to various leadership styles and activities across marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering, and HR responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on support to the retail management team and store operations.
- Assist with activities across marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering, and human resources.
- Collaborate with coworkers to deliver excellent guest experiences and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in a flexible internship schedule, averaging at least 20 hours per week during school terms, potentially up to 40 hours during breaks.
- What We're Looking For
- Actively pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated with ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proven team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $15.90 to $22.26 per hour (USD); actual pay based on qualifications and internal equity.
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability.
