About the Role
Join Kwik Trip as a Retail Management Intern #453 to gain paid, hands-on experience in a fast-paced, guest-centric retail environment. You will support the retail team and be exposed to a variety of leadership styles and activities, including marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering, and human resources.
What You'll Do
- Support the retail department and day-to-day store operations.
- Assist with marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering, and human resources responsibilities.
- Learn from multiple leadership styles and adapt to a variety of tasks.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while delivering high-quality work.
- What We're Looking For
- Actively working toward the obtainment of a 2 or 4-year degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail; self-motivated.
- Proven team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to commit to at least 20 hours/week during school semesters; flexibility with scheduling; available up to 40 hours during school breaks.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $16.99 to $23.79 per hour.
- 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability.
