Morgan McKinley Shanghai Office is active hiring for an experienced recruitment consultant specialized in Retail Industry.

Case Research

Understand industries, companies, and functional roles to grasp market trends, business developments, and the specifics of recruitment needs. Assist in crafting and distributing monthly and annual market reports and email updates to engage clients effectively. Gather market intelligence from candidates, clients, and public sourcing channels to generate leads and insights.

Recruitment Delivery

Engage comprehensively in the recruitment cycle, covering aspects from initial research and job briefing to candidate searches, drafting recommendation reports, managing recruitment processes, and handling offers. Actively initiate and participate in calls and meetings with candidates to foster strong relationships and understand their capabilities and aspirations. Collaborate on mapping projects, gaining a thorough understanding of specialized functions within the industry.

Requirements

• Quick learner with a high motivation to acquire new skills and a consistent drive to achieve results.

• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English are essential.

• 2 years+ of experience in a recruitment agency is required, while experience in Luxury industry is preferred.
