Summary: As a Key Holder, you will support delivering sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they’re retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our customers.

Responsibilities

• You will take on leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues. You will provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers. You will lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in our values and elevated product knowledge. You will display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies. You will set the direction and goals for the day or shift when associates arrive for work. You will perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation and dissemination of company directives. You will create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. You will assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• You thrive in a customer-first based retail environment. You have the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture. You have demonstrated sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment. You possess effective communication skills, are open to feedback, and can adapt quickly. You have the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates. You can de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. You must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
