About the Role Valtech, a premier Oracle Retail partner for a luxury international house, is looking for a Client Partner / Delivery Manager. The role is to lead the team responsible for retail information systems, with a focus on Oracle Retail Xstore/EICS/OMS deployed worldwide, and to manage the roadmap and cross-domain dependencies. What You'll Do
- Work with international business teams (60+ countries) to evaluate new projects: challenge and qualify needs, assess feasibility, provide effort estimates, identify constraints and dependencies.
- Ensure that the committed roadmap aligns with the team's capacity (120+ retail specialists).
- Identify and secure inter-domain dependencies (architecture, security, governance).
- Lead a team of 120+ retail specialists within a global account of 300+ people in a tripartite governance (client, systems integrator cockpit, Valtech delivery).
- Ensure the team has the right profiles; recruit internally and via external consultants.
- Develop team members through promotions and individual development plans.
- Manage and defend the program budget. What We're Looking For
- +10 years of experience in retail IT and delivery management, with a proven track record.
- Curious and capable of solving complex problems and challenging established practices.
- Values collaboration and knowledge sharing within a team.
- Enthusiastic about the intersection of technology, creativity, and data.
- Experience with agile practices; consulting experience is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Retail Xstore/EICS/OMS is highly relevant to the role. Nice to Have
- Oracle Retail experience beyond the listed components.
- Experience delivering global retail IT programs across multiple countries.
