About the Role Meridian Wine Distribution is offering a 12-month internship opportunity to unemployed TVET graduates who have completed an NCV Level 4 Certificate. Based in Cornubia, this internship provides practical workplace experience within a retail store environment. Interns will support stock handling, inventory control, shelf replenishment, and general store operations while developing valuable skills in the retail and distribution industry.
What You'll Do
- Receive and organize stock
- Monitor stock levels and availability
- Assist with inventory control and stock counts
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Support daily retail store operations
- Follow company health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Completed NCV Level 4 Certificate
- Between the ages of 18 and 28 years
- Unemployed and seeking workplace experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a retail environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend: R3 500 per month
- Duration: 12 months
