About the Role

CBRE Korea Retail Services Team is seeking a talented and motivated professional to support international and domestic retail brands in their market expansion strategies.

This role focuses on representing retailers in identifying and securing optimal store locations, leading lease negotiations, conducting market research, and delivering strategic real estate advisory services. The successful candidate will work closely with both global and local brands across fashion, sportswear, luxury, lifestyle, F&B, and specialty retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise international and domestic retail clients on market entry, store expansion, relocation, renewal, and portfolio optimization strategies.

• Identify and secure suitable retail spaces through market intelligence, landlord relationships, and proactive business development activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, retailers, and industry stakeholders.

• Conduct retail market analysis, competitor benchmarking, rental analysis, and location assessments.

• Prepare client presentations, market reports, site evaluation materials, and proposal documents.

• Support lease negotiations and coordinate transaction processes from site identification through lease execution.

• Participate in new business development, pitch presentations, and client acquisition initiatives.

• Conduct property tours and present market opportunities to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions for clients.

• Track market trends, emerging retail concepts, and consumer behavior to provide strategic insights to clients.

• Preferred Experience

• Experience advising global retailers such as fashion, luxury, sportswear, lifestyle, beauty, or F&B brands.

• Experience supporting market entry or expansion projects within Korea or overseas markets.

• Experience developing new business opportunities and building client relationships.

• Familiarity with commercial leasing agreements and real estate transaction processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, franchise development, hospitality, retail operations, property management, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and commercial real estate market.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
