About the Role
Become part of our fast-paced, guest-centric Retail Management Department as a Retail Intern. This paid, hands-on program supports our retail team while exposing you to leadership styles and activities such as marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering, and Human Resources responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Support the retail team in daily operations and guest service.
- Gain exposure to leadership styles and activities across marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering, and HR tasks.
- Collaborate with coworkers to meet store goals and maintain accuracy and compliance.
- What We're Looking For
- Actively working toward a 2- or 4-year degree.
- High aptitude for learning a variety of tasks; knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Maintains accuracy and attention to detail; self-motivated.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality; proven team player.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Flexibility with school scheduling and the ability to adapt to varying internship hours.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $15.90 to $22.26 per hour.
- Profit sharing: Kwik Trip provides 40% of pre-tax profits back to coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability.
