This role leads the Retail Excellence team to systematically elevate retail performance at client doors, while embedding membership capability, retail innovation, and client management into daily retail operations to drive sustainable and scalable growth.

- Lead Retail Excellence Team & System- Act as line manager of Retail Excellence Senior Specialists, owning team goals and capability development.- Guide store diagnostics, retail judgment, and optimization design.- Translate store-level experience into scalable retail methodologies.
