About the Role Join PMI as a Retail Engagement Executive working across Indonesia. You will be responsible to execute direct selling distribution and build strong relationships in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT), promoting product visibility and availability through integrated trade programs to maximize consumer impact.
What You'll Do
- Execute direct selling distribution across GT and MT, promoting product visibility and availability through integrated trade programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT).
- Collaborate on trade programs to maximize consumer reach and potency.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline with minimum GPA 2.75.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Detail oriented and achievement oriented.
- Good analytical thinking, good priority setting and communication skills.
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision.
- Perseverance and agility behaviors.
- Team player, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Have ability to dealing with people.
- Willing to work in field.
- Have a driver license (SIM) type C / A.
- Willing to relocate in all over Indonesia.
