About the Role Join L’Oréal's Travel Retail team as a Nordic Retail Consultant for Aesop in Stockholm. Represent the Brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic travel retail environment. This role focuses on driving sales, upholding brand standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Nordic region. What You'll Do
- Provide in-store beauty consultations and product demonstrations for Aesop in Stockholm and the Nordic travel retail network.
- Drive sales and contribute to hitting performance targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Maintain brand standards, merchandising, and visual presentation in-store.
- Collaborate with the Travel Retail team and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand execution. What We're Looking For
- Passion for beauty and luxury retail, with customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in cosmetics/retail environment and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and adapt to seasonal demand.
- Availability to work in Stockholm and support Nordic markets as needed. Nice to Have
- Fluency in English and Swedish; knowledge of L’Oréal Luxe brands.
