Plan & Execute monthly payroll & Tax process
- Plan and execute monthly sales campaigns based on sales targets, business performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales results and campaign effectiveness, and propose enhancements to maximize performance.
- Manage annual sales promotion budgets and collaborate with stakeholders to support retail sales objectives.
- Monitor market, customer, and competitor developments to identify sales campaign opportunities and support business decision-making.
Campaign Operations & Partner Communication
- Implement approved sales campaigns and ensure accurate system promotion setup and operational execution.
- Coordinate monthly sales campaign meetings, including data consolidation, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up actions.
