JOB PURPOSE The RETAIL BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST possesses both technical and functional understanding of the business processes and will be a key person in the implementation and maintenance of retail / logistics systems. He will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, refining, translating, and finally documenting business requirements from business teams to help improve them.
