About the Role As a Nike Retail Associate, you’re the face of NIKE in-store. You’ll thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding customers to make the best decisions and helping them find their dream pair of Nike gear.
What You'll Do
- Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable customer service to guide shoppers and exceed expectations.
- Operate cash register, handle shipping/receiving, stock products, and build/maintain visual merchandise displays.
- Learn and train on the latest Nike products and technologies.
- Collaborate with teammates, attend store events, and help the team reach goals.
- Ensure customers feel welcome and heard, delivering a positive in-store experience.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older and have a Grade 12 certificate.
- Flexible availability: 3-4 days per week, minimum 24 hours per week; ability to work day and night shifts, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without accommodations.
- Excellent customer service, integrity, reliability, and teamwork.
