About the Role New Balance is looking for passionate Retail Associates who can engage, excite, educate and entertain customers from the moment they enter the store, and serve as true ambassadors of the brand. You will support the team to deliver exceptional service and help drive store performance. What You'll Do
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
- Ensure total customer satisfaction by guiding the customer journey from entry to exit
- Help keep the store as commercial as possible by following corporate guidelines
- Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store
