About the Role The role supports delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales for Newell Brands in a part-time, onsite store in Erie. You will work as part of a team, applying company values to foster a welcoming environment and help manage day-to-day store operations. What You'll Do
- Guest Experience: Contribute to a welcoming store environment, understand guest needs through product knowledge and make emotional connections; maximize sales by applying selling strategies and building lasting customer relationships; drive loyalty via the Rewards program and KPIs; maintain store appearance by following visual standards, plan-o-grams, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Team Experience: Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team; uphold Newell Brand Values; foster a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.
