About the Role Join New Balance as a Retail Associate at Bicester Village. You will engage, excite, educate and entertain customers, acting as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional service from entry to exit to support store performance. What You'll Do
- To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
- Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
- Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
- Perform other duties that are required from the management team What We're Looking For
