About the Role The Retail and Event Marketing Promoter works on-site at premier retail partner locations to engage customers and book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. This part-time, flexible role offers the chance to represent a leading brand, earn competitive pay, and grow with a commission-based incentive.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in-store at partner locations to educate about Renewal by Andersen products and schedule no-cost consultations with a window expert.
- Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand and its products in a professional, courteous manner.
- Attend paid training and apply proven marketing methodologies to drive appointments.
- Follow up with customers and coordinate next steps with the team.
- Work a part-time flexible schedule, with compensation consisting of base pay plus commissions; the more appointments set, the more you earn.
- On-site role in Wixom, MI within the Detroit metro area.
- Base pay is $16/hour with up to $1,200 weekly commission.

- Outgoing, people person.
- Motivated to help build the Renewal by Andersen footprint.
- Dedicated and dependable team player.
- Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base pay + incentive compensation plan. Base: $16/hour; Commission: up to $1,200 weekly.
