About the Role
This is a part-time, on-site opportunity with Renewal by Andersen, working at premier retail partner locations in Fort Myers, FL. You'll represent a product you can believe in, talk to prospective customers in-store, and book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. You’ll receive paid training and operate with a proven marketing methodology to drive results, with earnings that come from base pay plus commission.
What You'll Do
- Represent Renewal by Andersen at premier partner locations in SW Florida
- Talk to prospective customers in-store and generate appointments for no-cost consultations
- Book appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert
- Complete paid training and apply our proven marketing methodology
- Follow up with feedback and recaps with the team for next steps and close opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Authorized to work in the United States
- A true people person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to help build the RBA footprint
- Dedicated and dependable team player
- Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice to Have
- Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged; Spanish bilinguals start at $16/hour
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $15/hour; Spanish bilinguals start at $16/hour
- Commission: up to $1,000 weekly
