Job title: Retail and Event Marketing Promoter
About the Role We’re seeking outgoing marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen in Brainerd, MN. This part-time, on-site role is at premier retail partner locations where you’ll talk to customers, book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert, and represent a trusted brand.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in-store to promote Renewal by Andersen products
- Book no-cost appointments with window experts
- Represent the brand at premier retail partner locations in the Brainerd area
- Follow our paid training and proven marketing methodology to ensure success
- Provide feedback and recap information to the team for next steps
- Earn a great wage through base pay plus commissions based on appointments set
What We're Looking For
- Authorized to work in the United States
- A true people person who enjoys helping others
- Motivated to help build the RBA footprint
- Dedicated and dependable team player
- Available during the day on weekdays and weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay of $14 per hour plus weekly commissions ranging from $225 to $750

- Profit sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee in 2024, prorated and paid quarterly based on quarterly operating profit
