About the Role We are seeking a Retail and Event Marketing Promoter to engage customers on-site at premier partner locations in the Chicago area and book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. This part-time, flexible role offers base pay plus commission and opportunities to represent a trusted brand.
What You'll Do
- Engage with store customers to promote Renewal by Andersen products and services
- Book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert
- Represent the brand at premier partner locations in the Chicago area
- Complete paid training and follow our proven marketing methodology
- Provide feedback and collaborate with team for next steps
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, people-oriented
- Motivated to help build the Renewal by Andersen footprint
- Dedicated and dependable team player
- Available during the day on weekdays and weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail or event marketing
- Interest in home improvement or windows/doors industry
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $17 per hour plus commission; up to $1,000 weekly commission (earnings depend on appointments set)
