About the Role The Retail & Event Marketing Promoter represents Renewal by Andersen at premier partner locations in Pittsburgh. You’ll engage store visitors, explain the benefits of Renewal by Andersen windows, and book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. You’ll receive paid training and follow a proven marketing methodology to set you up for success. What You'll Do
- Talk to prospective customers in the store and book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
- Follow up with feedback and info recaps with the team for next steps.
- Represent a trusted brand and help grow the RBA footprint on-site at partner locations.
- Complete paid training and apply the marketing methodology to achieve results.
- Earn base pay plus commissions; more appointments mean higher earnings. What We're Looking For
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- You’re a true people person with strong communication skills.
- Motivated to help build the Renewal by Andersen footprint.
- Dedicated and dependable team player.
- Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Profit sharing details: Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out quarterly, with amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
