About the Role We’re looking for outgoing marketers to join Renewal by Andersen's Retail & Event Marketing Team. On-site at premier partner locations in the Boston metro area, you’ll engage customers and book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. This part-time, flexible role offers base pay plus commission and paid training to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in-store at partner locations to promote Renewal by Andersen windows.
- Book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
- Participate in paid training and apply proven marketing methodologies.
- Follow up with customers and the team with feedback and next-step recaps.
- Represent a premier brand and contribute to building the Renewal by Andersen footprint.
What We're Looking For
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Outgoing, people-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
- Motivated to help build the Renewal by Andersen footprint.
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude.
- Available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
