About the Role Renewal by Andersen is seeking a part-time Retail & Event Marketing Promoter to join its Greater Michigan team. You’ll represent the #1 Window & Door Manufacturer at premier retail partner locations in the Grand Rapids area, engaging shoppers and booking no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. The role offers a base pay with commissions, with earnings driven by the number of appointments you set. What You'll Do
- Represent Renewal by Andersen at premier partner locations in the Grand Rapids area.
- Talk to prospective customers in-store, qualify leads, and book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
- Complete paid training and follow our proven marketing methodology to drive results.
- Follow up with the team on feedback and recaps to determine next steps.
- Earn base pay plus commissions; more appointments mean higher earnings. What We're Looking For
- Authorized to work in the United States
- A true people person
- Motivated to help build the RBA footprint
- Dedicated and dependable team player
- Available during the day on weekdays and weekends
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay $16/hour + up to $1,200 weekly commission; total earnings depend on appointments set
