About the Role Join Renewal by Andersen as a Retail & Event Marketing Promoter. This part-time, on-site role involves engaging customers at premier partner locations, promoting our windows and doors, and booking no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen expert. Earn hourly base pay plus weekly commission, with earnings tied to the number of appointments you set.
What You'll Do
- On-site at premier partner locations, engage with customers to promote Renewal by Andersen products and book no-cost appointments with a window expert.
- Represent the brand and follow our paid training and proven marketing methodology to ensure success.
- Earn base pay plus commission; the more appointments you set, the higher your earnings potential (base pay $18/hour + up to $1,000 weekly commission).
- Complete feedback and information recaps with the team for next steps; participate in ongoing coaching and development.
- Must be available on weekends; weekday shifts also available.
What We're Looking For
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Outgoing, people-oriented, motivated to help build the RBA footprint; dependable team player.
- Must be available during weekends; weekday shifts also available.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $18 per hour; Commission: up to $1,000 weekly.
