About the Role Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Retail and Event Marketing Promoter to engage customers on-site at premier partner locations in Erie, PA. This part-time, flexible role focuses on representing a trusted brand, booking no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert, and contributing to growth through in-store interactions. You’ll receive paid training and have the opportunity to earn base pay plus commissions.
What You'll Do
- Represent Renewal by Andersen at premier retail partner locations in Erie, PA
- Talk to prospective customers in-store, qualify interest, and book no-cost appointments with a window expert
- Follow our paid training and proven marketing methodology to drive success
- Provide feedback and information recaps to the team for next steps and continued improvement
What We're Looking For
- Authorized to work in the United States
- A true people person with strong communication and customer-service skills
- Motivated to help build the Renewal by Andersen footprint
- Dedicated and dependable team player
- Available during the day on weekdays and weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay of $15 per hour plus up to $500 weekly commission; total earnings depend on number of appointments set
