About the Role The Event Marketing Promoter works on-site with premier partners in the Cleveland metro area to engage customers and book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. This part-time, flexible role offers the opportunity to represent a trusted brand and earn based on performance, with paid training provided. What You'll Do
- Engage with customers on-site at partner locations to introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services.
- Book no-cost appointments with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
- Follow up with the team, provide feedback, and participate in paid training to ensure ongoing success.
- Represent a premier brand across retail partner locations in the Cleveland metro area. What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, people-person who enjoys helping others.
- Motivated to help expand the Renewal by Andersen footprint.
- Dedicated and dependable team player.
- Available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States. Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $16 hourly + weekly commission ranging from $250 to $500.
- Profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated and paid quarterly based on operating profit.
