About the Role Lead restoration projects from start to finish, building teams and strong customer relationships to help homeowners and businesses recover after property damage. You will oversee field operations and coordinate crews to deliver safe, high-quality results. What You'll Do
- Manage restoration projects from start to finish
- Deliver an exceptional customer and client experience
- Respond quickly to new customer opportunities and emergency service requests
- Develop project scopes and prepare accurate estimates
- Present and obtain approval for project plans and estimates
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Monitor project quality, timelines, budgets, and profitability
- Maintain complete and accurate job documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and internal teams
- Lead, coach, and develop Restoration Technicians and Crew Chiefs
- Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety
- Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation
- Continuously develop leadership, management, and restoration expertise What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of operations experience a plus
- Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience a plus
- Restoration, construction, mitigation, or cleaning industry experience preferred
- Industry certifications (IICRC or similar) a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using computers, estimating software, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical requirements: Lift up to 50 pounds independently (100 pounds with assistance); walk, stand, climb ladders, work on active job sites; drive to local project sites
