Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years in a salaried kitchen management role in a restaurant
- Experience managing annual sales volume of $2 million or more
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years – we value your loyalty and dedication
- Hands-on leader with most recent management experience in a scratch kitchen environment
- Commitment to delivering outstanding food and team leadership
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- High energy and a true passion for hospitality and team development
- Experience in fast-casual or high-volume casual dining concepts
