We also support Airbnb apartment owners by supplying home fragrances and helping them find suitable staff to maintain their spaces. Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Male)

Location: Tanke, Ilorin, Kwara

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, food quality compliance, and overall profitability.
• The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, drive operational excellence, and ensure that company standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to achieve efficiency and service excellence.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and coordinate shift schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock losses and wastage.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Review daily sales, cash reconciliation, and operational reports.
• Monitor operational costs and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with at least two (2) years in a managerial position.
• Experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), reputable fast food chain, Chinese restaurant, or fine dining establishment will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Good financial and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and POS systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and make sound operational decisions.
