As an Assistant Manager at Maggiano's Little Italy, you are the frontline leader who keeps the restaurant running smoothly — supporting the management team, energizing Teammates, and ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience. You'll learn all aspects of the operation while building the skills to advance into larger leadership roles.

What You'll Do
- Lead shifts to ensure seamless operations and exceptional Guest experiences
- Coach and motivate Teammates to deliver outstanding service and food quality
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle Guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach
- Support hiring, training, and development of new Teammates
- Partner with managers on scheduling, labor management, and restaurant initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service
- Ability to lead by example and energize a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands
- Able to move throughout the restaurant, retrieve items from shelves and storage areas, and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 65,000 - 70,000 per year
