Job title: Restaurant Manager
Join Golden Corral via Zeal Group as a Restaurant Manager at our Gilbert, AZ location. You’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, food production, safety, and guest satisfaction while leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining environment. This role focuses on maintaining quality standards and implementing Golden Corral procedures and the Caring Culture.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality across the guest experience.
- Oversee Back-of-the-House food production using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems to meet quality, recipe, and cleanliness standards.
- Lead the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor management.
- Maintain alignment with Golden Corral’s culture and standards while driving guest satisfaction and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
- Strong, stable work history.
- Successful completion of Golden Corral’s paid 8-week management training program.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (USD).
- Benefits include Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Free meals.
